As a store manager, David was responsible for exceeding monthly and annual sales and controllable profit plans. His additional responsibilities included overseeing all operational metrics (including digital sales), hiring, onboarding, and retaining salaried managers, hourly managers, and hourly associates, managing safety metrics (for customers and associates), and ensuring compliance with OSHA, Department of Agriculture, and Ecolab regulations.

Furthermore, He was responsible for creating a culture of customer-first mentality, teamwork, communication, respect for the individual, and associate engagement, all while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for both customers and associates.
